Dr. Mulligan and Dr. Bethel are board certified OB/GYNs who have both dedicated their lives to improving women's health in Norman, Oklahoma. 

They are the only mother-daughter OB/GYN partnership in the state of Oklahoma, and have been in practice for a combined total of over 65 years, offering a variety of gynecological procedures as well as normal and high-risk pregnancy care.
