ABOUT OUR DOCTORS

DR. LESA MULLIGAN, M.D.

Dr. Mulligan is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita.

After completing her residency, she fulfilled a life-long dream of practicing medicine with her mother, Dr. Bethel who retired from medicine in 2022. She has learned an infinite amount from her. Dr. Mulligan carries on those lessons, has had significant experience in her own practice, and enjoys staying up to date on new research and findings in Women’s Health.

With four children, and two grandchildren, Dr. Mulligan is compassionate and understanding and enjoys caring for her patients.

RETIRED - DR. SHELBA BETHEL, M.D.

Dr. Bethel retired from medicine in 2022 after over 50 years of private practice, 28 of which were spent in practice with her daughter, Dr. Mulligan.

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed her residency in the Dept. of OB/GYN at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. Dr. Bethel served as Lt. Col in the United States Air Force Reserves for 10 years as an Air Force flight surgeon. She is a graduate of the School of Aerospace Medicine. She is also a life member of the Southern Medical Association, and a life member of the Association of Military Surgeons. 

Dr. Bethel has four children, fourteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
